Saunders Island offers unique up-close opportunities to see diverse wildlife, as well as, wonderful hiking opportunities. Besides wildlife, Saunders is also historically significant as it is the original British settlement (23 January 1765). If wildlife and history aren't your thing, then there is always farmwork to be done!
